Quality and defects?

We will replace any and all products that have any defect in quality or workmanship. We will automatically push all reprints and reshipments to the front of the line, and get them to you fast.

What happens when SignatureA makes a mistake?

When we make a mistake, we will move all of your reprints and reshipments to the front of the line, and get them out the door.
THESE WILL ALWAYS BE FREE OF CHARGE.
During peak times we will ship most shipments via 2 day delivery to get them to your faster.

What happens when I make a mistake?

When you make a mistake, we will help you by moving all of your reprints and reshipments to the front of the line, and get them out the door. In some cases we will need to charge a modest fee.

Order Changes. How much time do I have?

Yes, you can make changes, BUT time is of the essense. For Standard Shipping orders, there is 24-48 hours to make changes to orders without incurring a fee. Once announcements are printed, we can not change them without throwing the old ones away. This will incur a charge.

For Rush Orders, there is 2 hours from the time placed to make changes to orders without incurring a fee.

Diploma Frames Return Policy:

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded 100%.

    Diploma Frames and other non-personalized items can be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded if unsatisfactory for any reason.
  1. Customer Service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
  2. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will then be emailed to you.
  3. Complete the RMA and return the merchandise to Signature Announcements within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued.
  4. No refunds after 30 days of receiving package.
  5. No refund of shipping cost if Customer Service is not notified within 10 days of delivery date.
  6. Refunds will be subject to the cost of the complimentary rush that was given as part of the diploma frame special.

Personalized Graduation Announcements Merchandise:

Personalized merchandise, if not defective or incorrect, cannot be refunded.

  1. Personalized merchandise, if customer made an error, can be replaced for a nominal reprint fee.
  2. Customer Service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
